Breaking down our strategy
90% of the properties we renovate are empty at the point of purchase. We transform old properties that have seen better days into functional co-living spaces, designed to suit the needs of contemporary living.
The co-living proposition provides a significantly higher cash-flow, and higher post refurbishment valuation of the original property. This means we can recycle the original investment and maintain a healthy monthly cash-flow. Our expertise is in finding the right properties for refurbishment
